Main responsibilities
- Accompaniment and support of our patients during the night taking into account their individual needs, including resource-oriented treatment and advice, for example in sleep-promoting measures.
- Successful mastering of complex situations in a team of two, while remaining calm and professional.
- Carry out patient entries at night together with the medical specialist and accurate documentation of all relevant events and activities.
- During the night, you take responsibility for the operation of the station, ensure a smooth process and provide additional support during the day service if necessary. Requirements
- Completed training as a Dipl.
- FH/HF nurse (for foreign degrees, recognition or a positive PreCheck by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
- Professional experience in psychiatry, ideally in the care of older people, or interest in a specialization in this field.
- Enjoy working in a team of two and at night work, even in complex situations keep an overview.
- Resilience, independence, a sense of responsibility and the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
- Good computer skills and very good knowledge of German (at least C1) for administrative tasks.
