Your tasks and perspectives

• Coordination and termination of consultation hours and treatments
• Completion of administrative and organisational tasks
• Responsible for internal and external telephone and written customer contact
• Interdisciplinary communication and cooperation

What you bring for this job

• Completed training in the commercial, medical (medical practice assistant/in EFZ) or nursing area as well as further training as medical or hospital secretary
• Professional experience as medical secretary in the acute hospital is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office and medical terminology
• Enjoying an independent and solution-oriented working method
• Resilience, high organisational, communication and team skills
