- Ability to develop relevant concepts and translate them into coherent, achievable and aligned solutions with project objectives
- Autonomy, rigor and direction of priorities allowing for several parallel developments.

- Formation supérieure en Design Produit, Design Industriel, Design Horloger ou formation jugée équivalente
- Expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum dans le développement de produits, idéalement acquise dans l’industrie horlogère
- Excellente maîtrise de la conception 3D. La connaissance de CATIA et de la conception surfacique constitue un réel atout
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Adobe Creative Cloud ainsi que d’un logiciel de rendu (KeyShot ou équivalent)
- Bonne compréhension des matériaux, des procédés de fabrication et des contraintes liées au développement de produits horlogers
