Your tasks and perspectives

• Supporting the ward manager in the technical, personnel and organizational management of the team as well as representing the ward manager in her absence
• Accompanying and caring for complex patient situations throughout the entire treatment path in the hematology ward
• Shared responsibility for implementing and ensuring high-quality professional care and support for patients
• Shared responsibility for supporting and supporting trainees
• Participation in interprofessional meetings
• Actively helping to shape a positive team and clinic culture

What you bring to this position

• Training as a qualified nursing specialist AKP / DNII / HF / FH with professional experience in an acute hospital
• Independent work with interest in the field of oncology/hematology and motivation to continually develop yourself
• Interest in leadership and willingness to complete internal leadership training
• High social skills with a commitment to interdisciplinary, constructive and appreciative collaboration
• Strong skills in self-organization and prioritization
