Your tasks and perspectives

• Support the team management in all tasks related to the organization of the department as well as cooperation in direct care
• Ensuring and further developing the station-related care and documentation quality
• Implementation of a care organization system based on the primary care on the IMC as well as planning, organizing and ensuring a smooth process with the given personnel key
• Active participation in achieving corporate goals
• Participation in various project groups for the future-proof design of the department

What you bring for this job

• Training for/for the Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH with SRK recognition and monitoring course IMC or IPS intensive care training NDS
• Leadership training of advantage or willingness to complete it
• Strong social skills, dialogue and motivation as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
• Enjoyment of dealing with medical-technical devices and systems
• Willingness to work in all shifts
