- Your tasks and perspectives Support the ward manager in the technical, personnel and organizational management of the team and represent the ward manager in her absence Shared responsibility for the implementation and ensuring of high-quality professional care and support for patients on the geriatric ward Shared responsibility for the promotion and support of the Trainees Participation in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions to coordinate care and treatment plans Active participation in shaping a positive team and clinic culture
