Main responsibilities
- You advise our customers actively, in a friendly and expert manner
- You ensure that the product presentation is top-notch, fresh and seasonal
- You independently manage the ordering process and ensure full availability
- You monitor promotions, labeling and sales locations according to the concept
- You identify customer requests and forward them to the department management
- You support your superior in day-to-day business and train employees and apprentices “on the job” from requirements
- Completed Training in the retail trade or in the food industry (e.g. chef, baker, butcher)
- You work reliably, efficiently and have a well-groomed appearance You are fit in using MS Office
- You approach people openly and enjoy customer contact
- You are resilient and remain friendly even in hectic moments
