- You perform routine analyses in bacteriology independently – from sample preparation through analysis to technical validation.
- You will take over the organisational and personnel management of a team in bacteriology.

Main responsibilities
- You perform routine analyses in bacteriology independently – from sample preparation through analysis to technical validation.
- You will take over the organisational and personnel management of a team in bacteriology.
- You will maintain an open and collegial approach and attach importance to a motivating working environment.
- You will support the development and introduction of new tests in the field of bacteriology and shape our diagnostic processes.
- Weekend service in 4-week rotation / holiday services (no night service)
- Diagnostics in a modern equipment environment with WASPLab, MALDI-TOF, ORION and digital microscopy. Requirements: A completed training as a graduate.
- Biomedical analysts*in HF or equivalent qualifications.
- Leadership experience is advantageous, but not a prerequisite - we support you in your development. Professional experience in bacteriology
- You work independently, precise, forward-looking and assume responsibility.
- At the same time you are a team player and open to new ideas and innovative approaches.
