Tasks
In this cross-divisional function, you support the data protection officer in the processing and coordination of data protection-relevant issues in the various corporate areas of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Their main tasks include:
- Review and evaluation of data protection agreements and processing of data protection inquiries
- Creation and maintenance of a comprehensible and legally compliant documentation of data protection activities
- Advising and sensitizing employees on data protection-relevant topics as well as conducting training
- Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations (DSG and GDPR)
- Maintenance, further development and continuous optimization of the data protection management system
- Cooperation in data protection projects as well as in the implementation of new legal and operational requirements
Requirements
- Completed degree at university level or comparable training, ideally with a focus on quality management, business administration, data protection, law or a related field
- Strong interest in data protection issues and motivation to acquire in-depth expertise and actively develop data protection in the company
- Analytical thinking and a structured, independent and careful working method
- High service orientation and pleasure in working with different specialist areas
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in a regulated environment or in the area of compliance, data protection or quality management
