Main responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers.
- You will answer inquiries quickly, reliably and competently – in writing as well as by telephone.
- You will take care of our customers throughout the entire life cycle, process mutations, clarify performance/contract questions, coordinate internal positions and ensure the timely solution.
- You document cleanly, work structuredly, and you are a high-quality provider of services.
- You are a graduate of commercial education or a comparable degree.
- You have experience in customer contact in the insurance industry and have successfully completed VBV certification. You score with very good German knowledge;
- You draw yourself out with your communication strength, team skills, resilience and a positive mindset and always find the best solution for customers and partners with empathy and solution orientation.
