- Execute go-to-market plans with managed brokers to achieve top and bottom line goals
- Understand brokers' country and regional strategies and communicate insights internally
- Implement local and regional distribution campaigns Engagement & Execution
- Define and manage regular engagement models (e.g., quarterly reviews)
- Build and manage deal pipelines in coordination with underwriters
- Support portfolio priorities (OBR) with managed brokers Data & Insights
- Analyze broker performance data to identify opportunities and trends
- Use Swiss Re's thought leadership to strengthen broker relationships
