Your tasks and perspectives

• Prepare fresh, high-quality food for patients, employees and caterers
• Ensure product quality, freshness and compliance with defined standards
• Accompany and promote apprentices and trainees in everyday work
• Maintain and use the menu ordering system
• Assume daily responsibility and ensure compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines

What you bring for this job

• Completed training as a cook EFZ, ideally with further training as a dietitian cook or with a federal certificate
• Several years of experience in a large or production kitchen is advantageous
• Enjoying healthy nutrition and modern cooking concepts
• Organizational strong, resilient and responsible personality with pleasure in management tasks
• Good IT user knowledge and strong team skills
