YOUR TASKS

• Preparation of diet foods according to the regulations
• Food preparation for patients, employees and guests incl. Provision of the Mise-en-place for the entire kitchen
• Advising our patients and kitchen staff on diet issues
• Assistance in the management of the menu voting system and food orders
• Support in the implementation of special events as well as cooperation with the band for breakfast, lunch and evening services

Your profile

• Completed training as dietitian cook EFZ
• Interest in nutrition issues and willingness to share knowledge and make an important contribution to the success of our clinic
• Reliable and established personality with very good communication
• High customer orientation and organizational skills
• Flexibility and readiness for weekend services
