- You are responsible for the further development of the CRM platform SAP Emarsys for CoffeeB and Delizio and ensures their optimal use and further development.
- You design, implement and optimize marketing automations and personalized customer journeys along the entire customer life cycle.
- At least 3 years of professional experience: in CRM, marketing automation or digital marketing environment.
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in business administration, marketing or a comparable field of expertise.
Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the further development of the CRM platform SAP Emarsys for CoffeeB and Delizio and ensures their optimal use and further development.
- You design, implement and optimize marketing automations and personalized customer journeys along the entire customer life cycle.
- You analyze CRM and campaign performance, conduct data-based optimization measures and develop meaningful reporting.
- You are driving forward the further development of segmentation models, data structures and system integrations and unlocking new potential in the areas of automation and personalization.
- You lead CRM projects from conception to implementation and work closely with marketing, IT, data and digital teams as well as external partners.
Key requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience: in CRM, marketing automation or digital marketing environment.
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in business administration, marketing or a comparable field of expertise.
- You have a high data affinity, enjoy analysis and data-driven decisions and work structured, independent and solution-oriented.
- Well-founded knowledge of SAP Emarsys or a comparable marketing automation platform as well as experience in the design of automated customer travels.
