Role overview
Draft judgments in particular in the areas of social security law (AHV/IV with international reference, occupational pensions, accident insurance) and public health law (in particular hospital lists and rates, highly specialized medicine, specialty list, remedies/medical products) develop and draft participation in the instruction of administrative complaint procedures at decision-making consultations and public negotiations writing the protocols
completed law degree preferably with attorney’s certificate and/or doctorate
Advantageous are several years of professional experience in administration, advocacy or in a court and/or in the areas of law of III. Department or an academic career
