What to expect

As an assembly coordinator, you are the central interface between customers, installers, assembly management, sales and suppliers. You ensure smooth order processing, coordinate construction site deployments and ensure that appointments, materials and resources are optimally coordinated.

• You independently coordinate assembly orders from scheduling to successful handover and ensure professional and timely handling.
• You plan the assignments of installers, subcontractors and third-party companies as well as the material deliveries to the construction sites.
• You are the central contact for customers and partners and ensure proactive communication during assembly starts, delays and elevator transfers.
• You handle complaints, coordinate material returns and support the assembly manager in finding solutions.
• You create construction programs, maintain internal assembly information and ensure a balanced utilization of assembly capacities.

What you bring

• You have basic technical training in the electrotechnical or mechanical field
• Elevator knowledge is advantageous.
• You will bring experience in order planning and processing as well as a good mechanical and technical understanding.
• You have commercial training and good MS-Office user knowledge; SAP knowledge is desirable.
• You communicate safely in the local language
• Knowledge of a second national language and English are beneficial.
• You convince through organizational talent, service orientation, resilience as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working method.
