- You take over the line management, set up machines and ensure a smooth production process.
- You monitor product quality and carry out in-process controls with the eye of a professional chef.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience: in professional kitchens or food production/processing.
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a chef (EFZ) or comparable qualification;
Main responsibilities
- You take over the line management, set up machines and ensure a smooth production process.
- You monitor product quality and carry out in-process controls with the eye of a professional chef.
- You solve simple problems independently and coordinate with technology and shift management if necessary.
- You ensure hygienic standards in accordance with SOP and HACCP - cleanliness is a priority.
- You work closely with your team, optimize processes and contribute to on-time delivery.
Key requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience: in professional kitchens or food production/processing.
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a chef (EFZ) or comparable qualification;
- HACCP/hygiene training is an advantage.
- German (fluent): German at least level B1 - ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to learn in order to understand technical processes and lead a line.
- High sense of responsibility, cleanliness and accuracy - you work in a structured and reliable manner.
