- You optimize the operational processes and ensure that the hygiene guidelines according to food safety are consistently implemented
- You plan, produce and set catering events of 300
- 500 people (about 1x year to 1500 people) to also the way to sous chef is a possibility Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: as a cook*
- Completed basic or further education: in gastronomy (cookchef or system gastronomy specialistwoman)
- You cook passionately and with a high quality standard, enjoy the system catering and customer contact
