Your tasks and perspectives

• Preparation of the various cold and warm menus taking into account the nutritional guidelines of the Cantonal Hospital St.Gallen
• Qualitatively and quantitatively flawless provision of daily meals for patients, employees and guests
• Alternating area of activity in production, production as well as in the front area with customer contact
• Assistance in all processes of a kitchen business as well as support in the training of learners of basic vocational training Koch/Koch EFZ

What you bring for this job

• Completed vocational training as cook or dietitian cook and some years of professional experience
• Experience in the kitchen of a hospital desirable
• Ambition and interest to deepen your expertise and contribute new ideas
• Team-capable, reliable and resilient personality
