PROFILE

• Technical degree with legal training or law degree with proven experience in the technical project field
• Several years of experience in project management and/or contract and claim management
• Secure handling of complex customer contracts
• Experience in leading projects or in consortium project structures
• Very good German and English language skills in word and writing (level C1)
• Well-developed analytical skills, structured working method and high attention to detail TASKS
• Proactive identification, evaluation and minimization of commercial and contractual risks
• Ongoing contract analysis in the context of project implementation, derivation of action obligations, claim potential and risks along all milestones
• Commenting and interpreting complex contract and consortium documents
• Supporting project management in claim and change processes
• Discussion partner for Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Legal
• Representation of the commercial interests of the project in customer meetings
