- Ongoing contract analysis in the context of project implementation, derivation of action obligations, claim potential and risks along all milestones
- Several years of experience in project management and/or contract and claim management
Main responsibilities
- Proactive identification, evaluation and minimization of commercial and contractual risks
- Ongoing contract analysis in the context of project implementation, derivation of action obligations, claim potential and risks along all milestones
- Commenting and interpreting complex contract and consortium documents
- Supporting project management in claim and change processes
- Discussion partner for Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Legal
- Representation of the commercial interests of the project in customer meetings
Key requirements
- Technical degree with legal training or law degree with proven experience in the technical project field
- Several years of experience in project management and/or contract and claim management
- Secure handling of complex customer contracts
- Experience in leading projects or in consortium project structures
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing (level C1)
- Well-developed analytical skills, structured working method and high attention to detail
