The Special Issues Group is responsible for the smooth handling of projects and ad hoc special topics in the Chairperson of the Executive Board and supports the Chairman of the Executive Board and the Head of the Executive Staff in operational and strategic issues. In order to strengthen our dynamic team based in St. Gallen and/or Zurich Airport (The Circle), we are looking for a smart, flexible, team-capable, reliable and service-oriented personality as a consultant (m/f/d) as of 01.01.2027. What awaits you?

• Supporting the Chairman of the Executive Board and the Head of the Executive Staff in strategic and operational issues with high visibility.
• Analysis of strategic and operational issues as well as development of decision-making basis for the management and board of directors.
• Management and coordination of cross-divisional strategy, transformation and special projects.
• Ensure implementation of adopted measures and follow-up of strategic initiatives.
• Preparation of briefings, presentations, concepts and recommendations for action for management and committee meetings.

What do you bring?

• University degree in economics, finance or a comparable field of expertise.
• Several years of experience in the banking or financial sector with a sound understanding of strategy, business models and regulatory contexts.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, ideally in consulting and/or in a strategy
