The Management Office in the Department of Products & Investment Services works as a staff office directly for the department manager and offers a comprehensive insight into Raiffeisen’s private customer business. The team acts at the interface to the areas “Investment & Pension Center”, “Digital Business”, “Products, Consulting & Sales”, “Data, Analytics and AI” with direct contact to senior management.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated personality as an employee management office (f/m/d) as part of a succession arrangement for our location in St. Gallen. Tasks: • Support for the development, development and implementation of the departmental strategy • Preparation of decision-making bases and applications for the departmental management and/or management of Raiffeisen Switzerland • Coordination of interdepartmental cooperation with various interface partners • Management and cooperation of projects as well as independent processing of special contracts • Deputy Head of Management Office Requirements • Completed higher education (Uni/FH) equivalent training with business background • Professional experience in the banking or consulting environment • Analytical personality with a structured, conceptual and solution-oriented approach • Convincing communication and presentation skills as well as experience working with senior management • Secure handling of Microsoft Office products (especially PowerPoint, Excel) • Stylish communication in German (word and writing), further language skills in Italian or French desirable • Humor and joy of success in the team We offer: The work-life balance of our employees is important to us.
