The Customer Service Center actively supports Raiffeisen Switzerland, Raiffeisen banks and group companies in achieving their service goals by receiving and answering telephone and written end customer inquiries. At our location in St. Gallen, we are looking for a fast-learning, flexible, service-oriented and communication-strong personality for our increased consulting activities. We offer you interesting and diverse activities in a fast-paced and varied working environment, modern workplaces and a working model with home office possibilities.

What awaits you?

• Telephone support for private customers
• Need-oriented advice on basic products (payments, savings, provision, simple investments)
• Active customer contact for arranging consulting appointments, direct conclusions and forwarding to higher segments
• Working days each by Mo - Fr with individual bets on Saturdays

What do you bring?

• Banking education (EFZ or equivalent)
• Experience in customer support and advice
• Passion for customer contact and strong sales talent
• Structured, goal-oriented and independent working method
• Excellent knowledge of German in words and writing
