Main responsibilities
- Construction/project manager (m/f/d) for hotel construction, Andermatt
- You are responsible for the successful implementation of the project Hotel H4C/The Alpinist, Andermatt Swiss Alps and lead it from execution to defect-free handover
- You control costs, deadlines, quality and work safety and ensure a smooth construction process on this demanding large-scale construction site
- You coordinate building managers, planners, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors and act as a central contact on site
- You conduct tenders and awards, negotiate with subcontractors and monitor their services in terms of quality, costs and deadlines

- Dipl.
- Construction manager:in, technician:in HF/TS, civil engineer:in, construction drawing board:in training or equivalent
- Several years of experience in managing and realizing new construction projects in the GU/TU environment
