Your tasks and perspectives Taking on a central role in the establishment, further development and operational implementation of the compliance management system Advising company management, departments and specialist areas on compliance-relevant and other legal issues, especially in health law, data protection law, human resources law and contract law Processing data protection problems as well as supporting digitalization projects from a data protection perspective Development, review and negotiation of Contracts with external stakeholders as well as support on legal issues in projects and procurements Observation of relevant legislation and case law, determination of the need for action and participation in the creation and updating of internal instructions and regulations

What you bring to this position Completed training as a lic. iur. or MLaw Proven practical experience in compliance management, ideally in a regulated environment or in the healthcare sector.
