This is what you do with us

You support our insurance consultants in their day-to-day operations and assume administrative and coordinating tasks on your own responsibility.

This includes the creation of correspondence, evaluations and the processing of offers, applications and contract documents. In direct customer contact on the phone or at the counter, you can support our customers competently and reliably.

You answer inquiry and coordinate appointments across all insurance industries. As part of the sales support team, you work closely with colleagues and ensure smooth processes.

• Basic commercial education and/or professional experience of several years within the insurance industry
• Training insurance intermediary VBV or willingness to complete it
• Strong customer orientation and high quality awareness
• Interest in a versatile field of activity and willingness to learn new things
• Structured, independent and reliable working method Team orientation, high willingness to help and professional attitude

Your place of work is at our main agency in Ebnat-Kappel and the job is taken by appointment.

In order to perform this function, the Insurance Supervision Act requires the conclusion of an insurance intermediary/in VBV, Profil Allbranche. If this is not available, we are happy to support with tailor-made internal training.
