Tasks

• Conduct of inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of building installations
• Execution of maintenance, maintenance and maintenance work incl. Greenland management and winter service
• Identification and implementation of optimization measures to ensure smooth operation
• Management of spare parts and maintenance of technical documentation
• Taking over the Pikett service and ensuring high plant availability

Requirements

• Completed basic technical training, preferably in the field of sanitary or heating, with a federal certificate for housekeeper:
• Several years of professional experience in facility management as well as in-depth knowledge in maintenance and maintenance of technical building installations
• Strong technical understanding as well as independent and solution-oriented working methods
• Readiness for Pikettdienst and assignments outside regular working hours
• Team capable, committed and responsible personality with a professional appearance and high quality awareness
