PROFILE

• Completed training as a specialist in maintenance or comparable craft training
• Professional experience in facility management or in home engineering
• Technical understanding of building and building technology (sanitary, heating, electrical)
• Readiness for piquetting and occasional assignments outside regular working hours
• Independent, reliable and flexible working method
• Category B driving licence

TASKS

• Taking over all infrastructural tasks in facility management
• General house maintenance work (e.g. change of lighting equipment, garden and ambient work, winter service)
• Implementation of unplanned repairs on house engineering equipment
• Monitoring and regular maintenance of building and building technology
• Coordination of planned maintenance with internal and external contacts
• Assistance and control of third-party companies and craftsmen in the building
• Planning and implementation of smaller conversions and adjustments
• Participation in the Pikettdienst and emergency support
