Within the Customer Service, we are looking for a CS Diagnostic Watchmaker to strengthen an expert team and support its transformation.
This position is intended for an experienced watchmaker, capable of combining technical excellence, diagnostic quality and openness to the customer experience.
Attached to the Admin Customer Service Manager, you are a member of a team of dealers and collaborate closely with the technical teams and Customer Service.

- Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze the watches received and perform full technical diagnostics
Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze the watches received and perform full technical diagnostics
- Prepare, confirm and adjust diagnostics for estimates according to operational and component requirements
- Ensure reliable, consistent and aligned diagnostics with AP standards
- Communicate diagnostics clearly and contribute to customer experience during factory visits
- Propose in continuous improvement projects (process, data, Lean, 5S, component management)
- Efficiently use IT tools to search for components, plans and technical data Clock training (CFC or equivalent)
- Experience confirmed (>5 years) in watchmaking (Customer service, production or diagnosis)
- Excellent control of quartz, automatic and manual movements
- Control of complications (a minimum annual calendar, power reserve, flyback chronograph)
