Your main tasks

• Actively serve corporate clients and build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Understand the needs and business challenges of our nationally and internationally active customers and jointly develop suitable solutions
• Deepen existing customer relationships and gain new customers and business opportunities
• Identify opportunities in the market and continuously expand the network in the region
• Gaining new customers through your strategic understanding and solution-oriented thinking
• Working closely with internal specialists and bringing together the right skills for our customers
• Take responsibility for a customer portfolio and actively contribute your own ideas
• Accompany our customers on the way to the digital future by inspiring and actively supporting them for innovative solutions

Your skills and experience

• You have a commercial or higher education, ideally supplemented by further training in banking or finance.
• You bring experience in customer support in the banking sector.
• Contact with people and companies gives you pleasure and you approach others openly and confidently.
• With your motivated, communicative and winning personality, you can inspire others for your ideas.
• You enjoy the acquisition and building new customer relationships.
• Companies, business models and economic relationships arouse your interest.
• You listen carefully, recognize customer needs and think solution- and service-oriented.
• You show your own initiative, like to take responsibility and want to make a difference.
• As a team player, you appreciate the exchange and cooperation with different specialist areas.
• You communicate stylishly in German and have good knowledge of English.
