PROFILE

• Completed basic technical training, supplemented by further training (e.g. industrial master:in or comparable)
• Several years of experience in the industrial environment and in-depth management experience; further training in business administration is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills and pleasure in promoting, developing and inspiring employees for common goals
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a high level of initiative
• Communication strength, assertiveness and the ability to provide clear guidance and make decisions
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• High IT affinity (MS Office, SAP, etc.)

TASKS

• Management of the final assembly department with around 50 to 80 employees and active development of the management organisation
• Promotion, development and empowerment of employees and ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer
• Ensuring on-time, cost and quality completion of the rolling stock as well as on-time transfer to commissioning
• Planning and control of human and organizational resources in close coordination with the relevant interfaces
• Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and representation of final assembly during internal and external audits
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes, processes and structures to increase quality, productivity and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, environmental and quality requirements
