- Civil Engineering Engineer (EPF/HES) or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the construction sector (planning and directing work on major transport infrastructure projects)

- Dynamic, voluntary, pragmatic, able to identify problems and propose solutions

- Good relationship, pedagogical sense and ability to adapt in complex situations
- Meaning of collaborative work both in projects and in the functional team
- Perfect mastery of the French language (minimum level C1 of the European framework of reference for languages)
