PROFILE

• Completed degree in electrical engineering from a university of applied sciences/university/ETH or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in electrical planning, project planning or circuit diagram creation, ideally in mechanical engineering
• Leadership experience or clear willingness to take on a leadership role
• Very good knowledge of the creation and evaluation of electrical schemes and the design of electrical engineering components
• Experience in dealing with complex technical interfaces and interdisciplinary project teams
• High communication skills, assertiveness and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of spoken German and English Writing TASKS Leadership & Organization
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team Electrical integration with clear objectives and priorities
• Active development of employees through coaching, feedback and targeted competence promotion
• Establishing and ensuring uniform engineering standards, methods and best practices in the team

• Control of cross-departmental interfaces as well as technical decision-making on complex issues
