In order to strengthen our financial area, we are looking for a committed personality as Tasks: • Professional and personnel management as well as further development of the controlling team • Responsibility for accounting according to REKOLE® • Preparation and further development of financial reporting for management and clinic management • Coordination and implementation of the budget process as well as preparation of forecasts and deviation analyses • Ensuring legal data collection and statistics in health care • Development of tariff bases (ITAR K®) • Business consulting and support of clinic management as a controlling business partner • Further development of controlling instruments, processes and evaluations • Participation in cross-sectoral projects and/or management of specialist projects Requirements • Completed business education (uni, FH/HF or equivalent) • Several years of professional experience in company accounting / controlling, preferably in health care • Initial management experience or proven ability to lead a team professionally as well as enjoy operational cooperation in controlling processes • Strong analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working • High service orientation and secure appearance • Very good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with SAP and BI or reporting tools We offer: • A responsible and operational leadership function with room for manoeuvre • A dedicated team and a supportive working environment within the clinic group • Prospective and easily accessible workplace with attractive employment conditions.
