Your tasks and perspectives

• Complex scheduling and coordination of all outpatient appointments and spatial resources
• Contact person for referrals, patients, relatives and payers
• Interface to other clinics, departments and professional groups in the company HOCH
• Administrative preparation of the consultation hours and review of outpatient fall openings
• Cooperation in the front office or at the patient reception

What you bring for this job

• Training as medical assistant or medical secretary
• Experience in disposition and organization in the hospital environment is advantageous
• Open, assertive and resilient personality with a high interdisciplinary communication ability
• Independent, forward-looking and team-oriented working method with a sense of responsibility and quality
• Confident knowledge of German as well as very good PC user knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)
