• Experience in action planning and implementation
• Customer- and sales-oriented as well as economic thinking and acting
• Well-maintained appearance and good manners
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and resilience
• Mobility (early shift start 04.45 clock)
• Good IT skills
