• As a logistics team leader, you are responsible for the personnel and technical management of 5 employees and 2 logistics trainees at the St. Gallen, Romanshorn, Wil, Weinfelden and St. Margrethen locations.
• You take on operational tasks in day-to-day logistics operations and, together with your team, ensure error-free and timely material availability from an economic perspective.
• You are the first point of contact for the partners in your area and ensure the agreed logistics activities. You will also work on various projects and take on the management of sub-projects in your department.
• You manage the warehouses according to quantitative, qualitative and economic criteria in order to continuously optimize the storage volume and the storage value
• in accordance with the service concept.
• In your role, you promote and support the further development of your team in accordance with SBB's leadership principles.

You plan and organize work processes, monitor the proper and timely completion of tasks and ensure the required service times. This is what you bring with you.

• You are a convincing and integrating personality with high communication skills and have assertive and implementation skills.
• Your winning and enthusiastic nature makes it easy for you to initiate new solutions. Ideally, you have practical experience in agile working methods.
• You have at least three years of management experience in the logistics sector with a technical background. You will successfully use your experience in project management. You routinely apply your very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP in your everyday work.
• A completed apprenticeship as a logistics specialist is a prerequisite. In addition, you have completed further training (e.g. logistics specialist, management specialist) and use this knowledge profitably.
• Fluent knowledge of German (at least C1) is required
• Knowledge of a second national language is an advantage.
