- You plan and coordinate releases, changes and technical developments of our systems.
- Deploy templates and configurations across different environments.
- You will meet professional and technical requirements and implement them together with the business areas and IT.
- You design and optimize end-to-end business processes by analysing document management holistically and developing it in a future-oriented manner.
- You create and maintain technical documentation, operational concepts and work instructions. Requirements
Application process
- We are looking for you: A personality who never loses sight of the essentials when immersed in codes and concepts for applications and processes that serve our customers and ourselves.
- Several years of experience in the field of application engineering in the field of document management
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Business Informatics or Computer Science
- Experience in the development, configuration and maintenance of document templates including their deployment and release management across the various system environments
- Experience with output management and Custumer communication management solutions (Docucom, Quadient, Inspire, Compart DocBridge or similar)
- High service orientation and enjoyment of working with specialist areas (especially with our document managers) and external partners
- High personal responsibility, reliability and a strong quality and service awareness
- Good knowledge of document management solutions, especially output management in German (negotiation certain) English (flowing) Cosa of Friamo
