- You are flexible in all areas of the tax office and support the departments in the methodological and strategic development of their fields of expertise.

Main responsibilities
- You are flexible in all areas of the tax office and support the departments in the methodological and strategic development of their fields of expertise.
- You take requirements, identify weaknesses and make suggestions for improvement.
- You accompany the stakeholders through the process of demand collection, secure the business case, define acceptance criteria for the change-point and projects, carry out tests and organize user training if necessary.

- In the coming years the application landscape will be completely renewed, even in this project you can contribute your experience in business analysis specifically and actively contribute to the design of future-proof solutions.
- In individual cases you lead projects and/or technical sub-projects. Requirements
- You have proven experience as a business analyst and ideally have tax expertise.
- You can take a higher level of training in business analysis, business administration, engineering.
- You can critically test, classify and use requirements of various stakeholders for the optimal alignment of processes, IT support and structures.
- Certifications in HERMES and/or IPMA certifications are beneficial.
- You can structure tasks, approach them systematically and complete them on time.
- You are empathic, have a strong communication ability and feel comfortable being a contact person for the relevant stakeholders. We offer
