- You ensure the efficient organization and smooth operation of the branch operation
- You offer competent, customer-oriented advice and support in the selection of gifts from our diverse product range
- You provide an attractive presentation of our extensive range of confiseries and chocolate, including creative shop design.
- You take on the responsibility for numbers, ensure the proper handling of cash transactions and guarantee a correct settlement
- You take care of the ordering process and make sure that there are always enough goods available
- You ensure that our hygiene and freshness concept is adhered to at all times
- You take over the personnel planning in shift operations and are actively involved in the recruitment process You bring that with you.
- You bring several years of sales and leadership experience in the retail trade and are characterized by a high level of social competence and a strong leader
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the retail trade and/or comparable experience in dealing with food
- You always put the highest quality and customer orientation at the top, even in turbulent times You like to take responsibility, think proactively in the team and promote positive cooperation
