This is what awaits you: You take on the professional responsibility for the IT system landscape of real estate management and ensure that our applications and data support the employees of the real estate sector optimally.

This is what you do with us: In this central role, you ensure the smooth operation of the purchased specialist applications and coordinate first-level support as well as maintenance and releases.

You actively promote the continuous development of the systems and implement technical requirements in close cooperation with the software providers.

You are responsible for data management in the real estate sector and ensure the quality, consistency and availability of the data.

Together with the specialist departments, you will further develop data structures and interfaces and thus create the basis for meaningful evaluations and well-founded decisions.

In addition, you will help shape the digital transformation and future viability of the area by taking over (sub)projects and supporting the departments in the conception and implementation of innovative solutions.

This is what you bring with you

  • Completed higher education or training in business administration, business informatics or similar specialisation
  • Experience in real estate management or in the support of specialist applications, ideally in the financial sector
  • Good technical understanding and high affinity for data, digitalization and new technologies
  • Experience in managing/collaborating projects with strong analytical skills and communication skills
  • Independent and solution-oriented working method with pleasure in teamwork
  • Knowledge of the applications Immopac, Wüest Dimensions or GARAIO REM is advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of German and French Working with us: There is an established and motivated team waiting for you.

Key requirements

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Aus- oder Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung im Immobilienmanagement oder in der Betreuung von Fachapplikationen, idealerweise im Finanzsektor
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und hohe Affinität zu Daten, Digitalisierung und neuen Technologien
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung/Mitarbeit von Projekten mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Freude an der Teamarbeit
  • Kenntnisse der Applikationen Immopac, Wüest Dimensions oder GARAIO REM von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Französischkenntnisse
