Exchange, progress, interdisciplinary teamwork and good prospects are important here.As a supplement to our team, we are looking for an Tasks: • Responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of electrical installations and compliance with legal regulations (e.g. NIV, ESTI) • Deputy Head of Technical Service and assuming overall responsibility in their absence • Planning, organisation and monitoring of technical building maintenance, repairs, conversion and infrastructure projects • Management and coordination of external service providers, craft businesses and suppliers • Ensuring and monitoring maintenance, energy and water supply and technical control tasks • Operation and maintenance of fire alarm system, patient call system and building control system • Service of piquetting and winter piquetting • Leadership, operational planning and technical support of the Technical Service team • Organisation of winter service, transport and technical operations • Responsibility for training in occupational safety, health and fire protection • Cooperation in crisis unit as well as in security, construction and infrastructure projects • Participation in budget planning, cost control, evaluations and the provision of economic services Requirements • Completed training as an electrical installer and several years of professional experience in a comparable position • Business electrician Permit according to art. 13 NIV or fulfilment of the requirements for applying for one at the ESTI • Medium voltage switching authorization or readiness to achieve it • Independent, resilient, team-capable personality with a networked mindset • Open, innovative personality with very good organizational, coordination and communication skills • Willingness to provide Picettdienst, great flexibility regarding the area of work and the time of deployment We offer: High-perspective and easily accessible workplace – in a collegial environment with clear structures, competent managers and appreciative communication Real benefits instead of empty phrases – jump-in bonus, 28 days holidays as well as numerous internal and external discounts and offers.
