Your tasks and perspectives

• Personnel, operational and financial management of Technology Management
• Strategic and organizational development of the division and its departments
• Ensure safe, reliable and economical operation of technical systems and infrastructures
• Responsibility for medical technology including regulatory requirements, certification and strategic partnerships
• Managing and prioritizing investments, resources and projects as well as ensuring regulatory, qualitative and safety-related requirements

What you bring for this job

• University degree (FH/University) in a technical or scientific discipline as well as a further education in business administration, leadership or management
• Several years of leadership experience in a technologically demanding environment
• In-depth knowledge in the fields of medical technology and technologies, preferably in the hospital environment
• Strong entrepreneurial and economic understanding, combined with strategic foresight, networked action and high leadership and communication skills
• In-depth experience in project, investment and resource management as well as in dealing with regulatory requirements, procurement processes and contractual issues
