The Office for Economic Affairs and Labour provides a wide range of services for companies, employees and job seekers. The Logistics Labour Market Measures (LAM) department with around 40 employees is responsible for planning and implementing labour market measures. These are instruments for the qualification and reintegration of job seekers and support them quickly and sustainably in their return to the labour market. These include collective and individual education and employment measures, internships, training grants, the promotion of self-employment and other cantonal and national measures.

What to expect

• Inform and advise job seekers and employers about the possibilities and conditions of the various labour market measures
• Organising assignments and traineeships in close cooperation with staff consultants, educational institutes, employers and job seekers
• Assessment of requests and drafting of orders
• Responsible for handling employment offers, traineeships and training grants

What sets it apart

• Basic commercial training or equivalent training
• Professional experience, preferably in the personnel/social insurance sector or in courses
• Exact working methods and pleasure in customer contact
• Service-oriented thinking and action
• Very good user knowledge of today's ICT tools
• Excellent oral and written expression
