• Management of construction projects in the area of shell and interior construction, in particular conversions and new buildings of our supermarket formats (such as M Teo)
• Self-responsible construction management and implementation/implementation/realization of new buildings and conversions of the various Migros projects
• Preparation of cost estimates, cost estimates, quote comparisons and tender applications
• Preparation of building accounts, building documentation and processes for ordering construction projects
• Managing planning and entrepreneurial meetings and creating project budgets

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience: in construction management, preferably in the areas of interior design or conversion (detail trade)
• Completed basic or further training: in construction, draftsman FA, carpenter, mason or similar with further training in construction project management to construction manager
• In-depth knowledge of cost management, scheduling and quality control
• Communication strength and pleasure in working with internal and external partners
• Good user knowledge in MS Office and ideally construction project management tools (preferably Messerli, MS-Project)
• High level of initiative and quality awareness
• Service-oriented action as well as sovereign, confident and authentic appearance with respectful assertiveness and good conflict capability distinguish you
