Full description
The Office for Commercial Registry and Notaries maintains a public register in the area of commercial registers and performs notarizations in commercial register matters, matrimonial property and inheritance law. Furthermore, the notary is active in the area of administrative inheritance law and responsible for inheritance security measures as well as official inheritance distributions.
What to expect
- You draft and notarize marriage and inheritance contracts, public last willing dispositions, pension contracts, company law resolutions and guarantee declarations
- You carry out inheritance distributions and inheritance regulations independently
- You provide competent legal advice to our customers
- You support and represent the regional location manager in the personnel, organizational and professional management of the official notary Wil
