- You have completed tertiary nursing training and at least two years of professional experience, ideally in the field of training.
- A federal certificate as an instructor or an equivalent qualification is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss education system as well as educational theories and didactics is available.
- You convince with strong social, communication and leadership skills as well as your conflict resolution ability.
- An independent, responsible working method with a high level of initiative and innovative analytical thinking characterizes you.
- You bring experience in interdisciplinary cooperation, project work and active participation in committees and training concepts.
