Main responsibilities

- You plan and coordinate the practical training of a health specialist as well as the assignments of the learners and ensure the quality of training in the field of nursing.
- You supervise and coach our vocational trainers, plan and carry out further training and ensure their vocational pedagogical competence.
- You will actively participate with the nursing training team in the development, evaluation and further development of cross-site training concepts in the field of nursing.
- You work in interdisciplinary and project-related teams and actively participate in specialist meetings.
- You will be involved in strategic planning for young talent and educational marketing and represent the management of vocational training and higher technical education in committees and external events.
