Tasks

• Processing of all returns and branch returns
• Coordination and communication with internal departments, branches, suppliers, purchasing and customer service
• Booking and documentation of incoming returns in the system
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient return process
• Organisation and coordination of internal transport

Requirements

• training as a logistician:in EFZ or commercial training with a strong logistical mindset
• Further training as a logistics specialist is advantageous
• Forklift ID or willingness to purchase it
• System knowledge in WAMAS, SAP and Zendesk as well as good MS Office user knowledge
• Negotiating knowledge of German
• Knowledge of French is beneficial
• Resistance and an independent and reliable working method
