• You support and accompany our customers throughout the entire training process, create training plans and motivate our customers as an excellent service provider.
• You support the management in ensuring personnel and operational processes
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
• You actively acquire future customers, create contracts and take on various administrative tasks
• You implement the corporate strategy and represent the company against inside and outside

Requirements

• As a fitness instructor: several years of professional experience
• Completed basic or further training: Training as a fitness instructor (federal degree or equivalent) with valid BLS/AED certificate
• You have a sales flair as well as a high level of service and consulting expertise
• You are flexible and like to work in the evening as well as on weekends and public holidays
• You have an above-average understanding of services and have a winning personality
• You are loyal and set an example for your employees and our customers
• German (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process
